Our Story
From a Fitzroy Warehouse to Melbourne’s Citadel
We started with eight machines and a soldering iron. Today TitanBonusCitadel runs one of Victoria’s busiest competitive gaming floors, hosting more than 4,000 ranked sessions a month.

The First Eight Rigs
Two friends opened a tiny LAN room above a Gertrude Street cafe with eight hand-built PCs and a single tournament dream.

The Academy Launches
We brought on full-time coaches for CS, League and Valorant, turning casual players into ladder climbers across the southern suburbs.

A full fit-out delivered 60 competition-grade stations, a broadcast booth, and our first $10,000 winter championship.

Frequently Asked Questions
Walk-ins are welcome whenever stations are free, but Friday and Saturday nights fill fast. We recommend booking a bay online at least a day ahead for weekend sessions, especially for squad rooms.
We are open every day from 10am to 11pm, including public holidays. The esports academy runs coaching by appointment between 11am and 9pm, seven days a week.
Absolutely. Every station has front-facing USB and USB-C ports for your own peripherals. If you prefer, our rigs come fitted with tournament-grade mechanical keyboards and lightweight mice at no extra cost.
Players under 15 are welcome until 8pm when accompanied by a guardian or attending a supervised event. After 8pm the floor is reserved for players aged 15 and over to keep the competitive sessions running smoothly.
Yes. Our console lounges and private squad rooms are popular for birthdays, work socials and team scrims. Packages start at A$220 for up to eight players and include dedicated staff and catering options.
